The cheats are consol commands. Assuming you are a windows , go into the file that you put the game. Open the "rempy" extension followed by "common". From there, scroll to find "00console.rpy" (there are two with the same name, but one has an extra c on the end.) Open with notepad application. Use "ctrl+f" to find "config.console = False". Change to "config.console = True". Save and exit, then start the game. While playing the game, hold "shift" and hit the letter "o". If done right, a screen to type in should pop up. Enter cheats there.
