While I was initialy about to agree with the OP that... she has died, and been raised again. Ergo, she is dead, ergo, it is necrophilia.
Since it isn't a thing in real life of people coming back from the dead, I think Necrophilia doesn't have a more "specifics" of what qualify as necrophilia.
If we ever reach that day where we can bring people back... I would argue that necrophilia is specific to having intercourse with a body without life.
Sooooo... since she is alive (even if undead), active, and with her own free will - gonna go with the ruling that it is NOT necrophilia.
