I just checked and all of the math in this comic is almost exactly correct. With the 5 seconds for each destination sonic would visit 5040 homes in a night, which is almost exactly what the comic said and it would take about 4000 nights to reach all 20,000,000 people that the comic mentions. So props to the artist who actually took the time to do math for a porn comic.
