For a sauce, roast some bacon or ham, whatever you have, put that aside. Get 500g grated Parmesan and put one egg in there, beat until it's a homogeneous sauce, add pasta water to make it smoother. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the bacon in the sauce. Add spaghetti and sauce on low to medium heat in a pan, be careful the eggs don't scramble
