Ok so to explain someone has explained it and will probably be better but here this one's with dot points A this is shiny ever not normal evee kinda like the blue gardivors B she starts glowing as she loses her everstone it's an item that stops Pokemon from evolving she would have most likely turned into a Umbreon C that is not a Umbreon that shows up it looks like a combination of a shiny Umbreon and shiny Sylveon andÂ
