I can only base off of my experience in blender, but it uses physics a lot. How 3d animation works, for the most part, is you move everything to where you want it to be, then save that position as a "Keyframe" then move things again and save another keyframe, the computer then filled in the gap between frames, moving everything from the first keyframe to the second, for example, a 10 frame thrust only needs two keyframes, one with the dick out, another with it in. you move things with bones, and doing so is called posing, they act like our bones and ts, but ts will cause the object to deform, think like how your arm presses out the muscle tissue in the way when you bend it, many bouncy boobs use bones that have a spring-like effect, for blender, there's an addon for these types of bones. for physics to work right, you need either a rigid body, or a soft body, rigid won't deform or squish, they just stop things from ing through each other. soft body will, so I'd wager that most make the dick a rigid body, and the pussy soft body, so when the dick pushes into it, the pussy will deform around it, making it look like it real flesh. I would say 80% of a 3d animators job is lighting, because almost all the other work the computer can do pretty damn well once set up, and posing is done. Lighting can not be overstated in it importance, almost all the trash 3d porn out there could look mile better with proper lighting, Materials, the things that make stone look dull stone, skin smooth, and metal shiny plays a major part in lighting as well, so much that I group them together, because you could have perfect lights, but if the skin don't reflect any light off of it, or it look just plain flat, then it will still look bad.

anyway that's my thoughts on this magical school, I shall study it more when i find time
