I always find the idea of "best girl" to be interesting because there really isn't a metric to be used is there? I personally quite enjoy Tsu's character, but would not call her better than any character in the show. Only that she fulfills her role in the story in a way that I quite enjoy. Its similar to how people compare superheroes but ultimately you end up liking one more than the others despite them not being the strongest necessarily, seen in characters like immortal or wolverine. Strength =/= a better superhero and conventional appeal =/= a better heroine.
